Imperial Dynasty provides several youth-arts programs that are transforming the lives of Wilmington, Delaware youth. Our programs are rooted in the principles of teamwork and instilling responsibility for all of our members. Marching Arts Program
Imperial Dynasty is a youth-arts organization built on principles of teamwork and responsibility. Open to members ages 14-22, the Imperial Dynasty program uses the marching arts as a platform to teach positivity, trust, and self-esteem in order to ensure personal growth and success. Imperial Dynasty competes at various local and regional competitions in the tri-state area, with the season culminating in the WGI World Championship competition in Dayton, Ohio.
Indoor Percussion Program
– Percussion ensembles consist of the marching percussion (also called battery) and front ensemble (also called pit) sections of a marching band or drum corps. Indoor percussion marries elements of music performance, marching, and theater; thus, the activity is often referred to as percussion theater.
Indoor Colorguard Program
Color Guard is a combination of the use of flags, sabers, mock rifles, and other equipment, as well as dance and other interpretive movement.
Indoor Winds Program
WGI Winds presents marching ensembles of any instrumentation in the same performance environment as indoor color guard and percussion ensembles. (Coming Soon!)
