Devin Fletcher, Director
Devin brings 10+ years of experience to the forefront. After 4 years of high school band, membership and being drum captain for EASTSIDE Steppers while in highschool, he later started a group in Dover while attending college and helped get local area youth off the street, Devin realized he had more to offer the youth and more to show them in composing, discipline, drill and education. Since Imperial Dynasty's inception in 2003 Devin has directed this group to championships and continued growth. The youth are not allowed to just sit around under his directorship. There always new moves to do, music to compose and dreams to live. If you find our youth just sitting around, they must be doing homework.

Tyree Miller, Assistant Director
Tyree has shared the vision with Devin from the very beginning and brings his 10+ years of composing, marching, and professional musical background and education to ID. As the Percussion Director of William Penn HS in New Castle, De since 1999 Tyree has expanded the knowledge of many youth by teaching how to play drums, reading and counting, tuning instrument and demonstrating various marching techniques for marching band and indoor competition. Tyree writes and arranges much of the music used for Imperial Dynasty's routines. The same dynamics he has used to bring William Penn HS to state championships is the same for Imperial Dynasty.
